Non-Personalized Orders
Orders placed will ship from A Little Spirit within 3 business days,
if the items ordered are in-stock. This includes orders that have chosen FedEx
2nd day or FedEx Next day. If your order is due by a
certain date, please indicate the date when placing your order. (You will
be asked when placing an online order) To calculate how long your order will
take to reach your home or business, add the appropriate transit time + 3
business days.
Please note item numbers at the top of each product page. See below for shipping
cost. 7.25 Sales tax applies to California residents only.
Custom Orders
Custom orders include: personalized figures, key chains, pins, and picture
frames, with custom lettering, pillows, blankets, and shirts with
names, and any other garment or item with personalization. These orders take up
to 1 week to customize and are non-returnable.
Shipping
Your
shipping cost is determined by your order. Orders shipped 2nd Day or Next
Day will be charged air shipping per box. For Example, A large order that
requires 2 boxes will be charged 2nd Day $5.00 extra per box or Next Day $15.00
extra per box.
Note: Most orders require 1 box.
All orders are shipped United States Postal Priority unless otherwise specified.
Transit time varies state to state.
Hawaii and Alaska will be charged 2nd Day Air shipping.
International Shipping
All international shipments will be charged Next Day
Air shipping charges. We will ship those packages through the United States
Postal Service.
Canada and Mexico will be charged 2nd Day Air. Those packages will be shipped
through the United States Postal Service.
All International Shipments will take 5-15 days to receive.
HOLIDAY INFORMATION
Orders that are due by
Dec. 24
may be placed as late as
Dec. 21.
After Dec. 12, UPS will not guarantee any ground
packages delivery date. 2nd Day Air (additional $5.00 charge) and Next Day Air
(additional $15.00 charge) will be guaranteed. For more information on UPS

Backorders
Customers will not be notified if an item has been backordered. If you need your
order by a specific date, please call, fax, or e-mail customer service. To check
the status of your order, call or e-mail customer service.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be made within 30 days. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping
charges will be the responsibility of the customer. No returns or exchanges on
personalized items.
Payment
Check, money order, Visa, Master Card, school purchase order, or
letter of authorization.
School Purchase Order or letter of authorization (on school letterhead), must be
signed and accompany order form.
Note: Payment form must be received BEFORE your
order will be processed.
